Software.
Se conoce como software al equipamiento lógico o soporte lógico de un sistema informático, que comprende el conjunto de los componentes lógicos necesarios que hacen posible la realización de tareas específicas, en contraposición a los componentes físicos que son llamados hardware.
Software libre: Es la denominación del software que respeta la libertad de todos los usuarios que adquirieron el producto y, por tanto, una vez obtenido el mismo, puede ser usado, copiado, estudiado, modificado, y redistribuido libremente de varias formas.

Computer software contrasts with computer software, which is the physical component of computers. Computer hardware and software require each other and neither can be realistically used without the other. Using a musical analogy, hardware is like a musical instrument and software is like the notes played on that instrument.
Free Software: It is computer software that gives users the freedom to run the software for any purpose as well as to study, modify, and distribute the original software and the adapted versions.
